Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, by text, whatsapp or in person. When a booking is made, a contract is formed between you and the practice for the treatment arranged.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours’ notice, or appointments not attended, will be charged at the full appointment fee.

We reserve the right to refuse or rearrange appointments and may require full payment or a deposit at the time of booking.
